As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to patients, assisting optometrists during examinations, and guiding customers in selecting the best eyewear to suit their needs. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service to patients.
* Assist optometrists with patient examinations and procedures.
* Educate patients on eyeglass care and maintenance.
* Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records.
* Help customers choose frames and adjust eyewear.
* Handle general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
* Support with glasses care and dispensing (training provided).

Requirements:
* Previous optical experience is preferred, but not essential.
