Optical Lab Manager – Full Time (5 Days per Week) ✨
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Optical Lab Manager to take the lead in keeping our busy lab running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating structure, supporting a team, and making sure every detail is just right.
💡 What you’ll be doing:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the optical lab.

Leading and supporting your team so they feel confident and motivated.

Ensuring all glazing, repairs, and orders are completed accurately and on time.

Overseeing stock control and making sure supplies never run low.

Maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and health & safety.

Working closely with senior management to keep everything on track.

Previous experience in an optical lab environment is essential.
