Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Solution Architect / £90k-£110k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits / London / Bristol / Edinburgh / Glasgow / Manchester
Are you an Oracle HCM Cloud expert with expereince of delivering complex programmes? Are you ready to step up into a leadership role where you'll shape HR technology transformation at scale?
I'm partnering with a globally recognised organisation that is investing heavily in its HR Technology & Transformation practice. They're looking for an Associate Director with deep Oracle HCM Cloud experience to lead client engagements, drive delivery excellence, and grow a high-performing team.
The Role:
Deliver Oracle HCM Cloud programmes as a Solution Architect on large-scale implementations
Lead client relationships and manage senior stakeholders
Guide and inspire team members in an inclusive, supportive culture
Actively manage project risks, commercials, and budgets
Shape strategy and contribute to the growth of the practice
Requirements:
Extensive experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects across full lifecycle
Specialist functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g. Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence)
Strong consulting background with proven stakeholder management skills
Excellent programme/project management discipline
Ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage complex risks
Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex solutions for all audiences
UK-based and eligible for Security Clearance
Desirable:
Experience operating as a solution architect with end-to-end design responsibility
Understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud and integration with HCM
Knowledge of GenAI solutions within HR transformation
Flexibility to travel, including occasional European projects
