Role: Sales Administrator Location: Huntingdon Hours: Monday – Friday – full time, permanent Salary: £23,492 Are you a detail-driven administrator who enjoys seeing an order through from start to finish? Join the friendly team at a well-established company based in Huntingdon Cambridgeshire. We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to ensure our customers around the world receive their orders accurately and on time. What will you be doing? Processing sales orders and related paperwork with a high level of accuracy Coordinating dispatch administration and documentation Liaising with purchasing on non-stock or special order items Negotiating with freight forwarders to achieve the best shipping rates and methods Communicating with customers regarding order progress, invoices, and delivery information Checking courier invoices against quotations for accuracy Maintaining clear and accurate records for Sales, Accounts, and Purchasing teams Supporting continuous improvement and helping streamline admin processes  Experience/qualifications required: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A confident communicator, both written and verbal Comfortable using spreadsheets and order processing systems Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team Motivated by delivering great customer service Experienced in administration, ideally within order processing, logistics, or fulfilment  Benefits Competitive salary Contributory pension scheme Private healthcare scheme 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Training opportunities available  Apply now for more information
