Order Pickers (Peak Supply)
Grangemouth Pay:
Back shift hours working 5 out of 7 – 2pm to 10pm including weekends
TM Scotland is proud to continue our partnership with one of the UK's leading grocery groups, operating a major national distribution centre right here in Grangemouth.
Our client supplies to over 80 stores across Scotland and Ireland, this site is at the heart of keeping shelves stocked and customers happy.
We are recruiting for our client for peak season to support with driven and dependable Order Pickers who enjoy fast-paced work and take pride in accuracy and efficiency.
The Role:
As an Order Picker, you'll play a vital role in the warehouse team, making sure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pick and pack orders with accuracy and care
* Maintain stock accuracy using warehouse systems
* Work towards targets while keeping safety front of mind

* A strong work ethic and positive, team-focused attitude
* Previous picking experience (voice picking experience is a real advantage)
* Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
* Able to work in a physical warehouse environment
* Commitment to securing a permanent role through consistent performance

* Excellent pay rates with guaranteed increases over time
* Weekly PAYE wages through Taskmaster for the first 3 months

Back Shift Pay Rates: 2pm – 10pm
* Starting: £14.32
* Week 13: £15.17
* Week 27: £16.17
Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours
Break: Fully paid
Bank Holidays: Enhanced premium rates
