Job Description
Our client is relocating to Sherburn In Elmet, LS25, to a brand new Distribution centre
They are seeking 5 experienced Order Pickers to bulk pick products.
You will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, Order Picking, receiving, storing, moving, and dispatching goods. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring efficient stock handling, and keeping the warehouse organised to facilitate smooth operations

Role Purpose role supports logistics operations to ensure alignment with both local and corporate strategy. The Warehouse Operative plays a crucial part in maintaining a hygienic, safe, and productive environment while meeting operational targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities & Success Indicators
Work Safely
* Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and risk assessments.
* Follow training guidelines and license conditions.
* Report near misses and dangerous occurrences
Maintain Housekeeping & Hygiene
* Work within the established hygiene schedule.
* Remove debris from the floor and dispose of waste correctly.
Achieve Productivity Targets
* Accurately pick and dispatch orders.
* Maintain precise stock movements.
* Support core operational activities across departments.
Success Indicators:
* Meeting logistics department KPIs.
* Feedback from daily review meetings.
* Regular check-ins with line management.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 06.00 - 14.00 / 14.00 - 22.00 Rotating weekly
