Our client, a dynamic and family-run organization, is searching for a Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant team at their Worcester headquarters. If you are hungry, with a passion for helping others, this is the opportunity for you!
📍 Location: Worcester
🕒 Employment Type: Full Time - Monday to Friday
🔄 Contract Type: Temp To Perm
You must be available to start with in the next week or so!
Your Role:
As a Customer Service / Order Cross checking Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is nothing short of outstanding. Your main responsibilities will include:
Answering phone calls promptly and transferring them to the relevant teams
Logging all interactions in our CRM system
Coordinating export orders and providing documentation
Keeping customers informed with daily tracking links
Managing deliveries, collections, and returns
Assisting with sample requests and order amendments
Tracking orders and cross checking information across teams to ensure efficiency
Liasing with purchasing and production teams
