Our client is a small, family-owned business with a friendly and supportive team environment. They’re seeking a proactive and personable Online Sales Processor to manage a variety of sales and administrative tasks. This is a permanent role, though a temporary-to-permanent option will be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process orders from telephone inquiries, eBay, and other online platforms
* Monitor websites and promptly process incoming orders
* Take credit card payments securely and accurately
* Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Answer incoming calls and take detailed, accurate messages
* Meet and greet customers with professionalism and warmth
* Monitor and respond to emails
* Assist with general administrative duties
Requirements:
* Strong computer literacy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise a dynamic task list
* Friendly, outgoing personality
* Initiative and independence, with a willingness to learn
* Full training and mentoring provided
