Job Description

Job title – Organisational Development Officer Location – Cheshire, CW1   Contract – Temporary   Hours – Full time 37 hours per week,   Start Date: ASAP An excellent opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development professional to join a well-established team driving employee engagement, cultural change, and wellbeing initiatives across a large organisation. This role will support the design and delivery of programmes that embed organisational values, develop leadership capability, and enhance the employee experience. It offers the chance to work on a range of impactful projects, from staff wellbeing and recognition initiatives to mentoring, coaching, and induction. Key Responsibilities: Deliver organisational development and staff wellbeing programmes Lead on staff engagement events and team-building activities Coordinate internal recognition schemes and leadership sessions Support mentoring, coaching, and performance development frameworks Analyse staff survey data and contribute to action planning Act as key contact for internal networks and Mental Health First Aiders Promote the internal employee offer and support recruitment and retention initiatives Key Requirements: Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience Background in HR or OD with experience in engagement and wellbeing Confident analysing data and presenting insight Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office and digital engagement tools Able to work across multiple priorities with a proactive, flexible approachCIPD membership and familiarity with OD frameworks (e.g. MBTI) are desirable but not essential.
