Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Occupational Therapist to join Blackburn and Darwen Council's Community-based Assessments and Interventions team. This is a full time role offering £30 per hour.

Delivering essential community-based assessments and interventions for individuals requiring equipment, minor and major adaptations to support their independence and well-being.
Conduct community assessments in a local authority setting, identifying needs and recommending both standard and specialist equipment.
Plan and facilitate minor and major adaptations to enhance safety and functionality within clients' homes.
Perform manual handling assessments, ensuring safe practices and compliance with relevant guidelines.
Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to create individualiSed support plans.
Maintain thorough and accurate records in line with professional and legal standards.Requirements:
Occupational Therapist Degree or equivalent
Enhanced DBS
HCPC registrationExperience:
