OT Infrastructure Manager

Clear. are looking for a OT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, integration and deployment of advanced Operational Technology (OT) systems across hyperscale data centre environments in the Nordics. This is a unique opportunity to work on critical systems at scale, from BMS and EPMS to secure OT networks that are shaping the future of infrastructure in one of the most demanding and innovative sectors globally.

Responsibilities:
Designing and deploying OT and network solutions that are secure, scalable and built for high-performance environments.
Leading integration of key systems like Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), SCADA and PLC-based controls.
Architecting robust OT networks: firewalls, VLANs, switches, routers, and remote access solutions.
Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, IT, security, and operations teams.
Driving technical innovation and leading complex projects from design through implementation.
Desired Experience:
Extensive experience in OT and industrial networking, especially within data centre, energy or mission-critical environments.
Knowledge of BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLCs, and industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, OPC-UA, Ethernet/IP).
Strong networking skills: LAN/WAN design, cybersecurity practices, VLANs, VPNs, and remote access tools.
The ability to bridge the gap between operational technology and IT with a strategic mindset.
