We’re looking for a part-time Outbound Research Associate to join our team on a temporary basis. This role offers flexibility around start and finish times (Monday to Friday) - ideal if you’re looking for work to fit around other commitments.
What you’ll be doing
Making outbound calls to businesses
Verifying and updating contact details in the database
Gathering accurate information to support business development
Maintaining clear and professional communication at all times
What we’re looking for
Previous outbound calling experience (essential)
Confident, professional telephone manner
Attention to detail and strong data-entry skills
Reliable and organised, able to manage your own workload
What’s on offer
£13.50 per hour
