Are you passionate about the outdoors? Do you believe that nature, adventure, and hands-on learning can transform a young person's life? We are seeking an inspiring, energetic, and resilient Outdoor Education Specialist / Teacher to join our team at Woodlands in Burnley. This is a unique, highly rewarding role focusing on impactful 1:1 student mentorship and engagement within a secondary school setting. Your ability to connect with young people is what matters most. An "Outdoor Person": Experience in outdoor education, forest schools, sports coaching, youth work, or military/scout leadership is highly desirable. Secondary Sector Savvy: Experience working with secondary-aged students, particularly those with additional needs or challenging behaviours, is a massive plus. Resilience & Empathy: A calm under pressure, adaptable nature, and a genuine desire to make a difference in a 1:1 capacity. Why Choose This Role? Excellent Pay: Competitive salary up to £31,850.
