As an Outdoor Plant Manager, you'll be managing and developing a dedicated team to deliver exceptional plant quality, expert customer service, and visually striking displays that set the standard for aspirational retailing. You'll have the chance to use your horticultural knowledge and creative flair to ensure outstanding stock availability and plant care, whilst driving sales and profitability with a real sense of ownership. This role offers the perfect platform to combine your passion for plants with strong commercial and leadership skills, working within a business that values innovation, style, and customer experience.
The Outdoor Plant Manager position would suit someone with strong horticultural knowledge and retail or horticultural background who has an energetic personality and creative approach to plant retailing.
