Outreach Mentor - Wythenshawe:
Are you a reliable and compassionate Outreach Driver looking to make a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking drivers to join a specialist SEMH provision in Wythenshawe (M22), supporting young people in the community. This is a unique and rewarding role that combines transportation, community outreach and student support.
The Role:
Transporting students to and from educational settings and outreach activities
Supporting students in the community under set work plans
Building positive relationships and promoting engagement
Working closely with teaching staff and outreach coordinators
Ensuring safeguarding and safety protocols are followed at all timesPosition Details:

Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time only
Minimum Rate of Pay: £120 per day, depending on experience
Start date: ASAP
End date: OngoingExperience, Training & Qualifications:
Full, UK driving license is essential for this role
Experience working with young people, ideally with SEMH, or behavioural needs
Calm, patient and confident in lone-working situations
Comfortable driving your own car (mileage reimbursed)To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional referencesOther
