Job Description
Fluid Systems Design Engineer - 6-Month Contract (Outside IR35)
Exciting opportunity for a skilled Mechanical CAD Engineer to join a dynamic, innovative team based out of Scotland!
Location: Fully Remote!
What You’ll Do:
Design cryogenic and pressurised fluid handling systems
Develop P&IDs and define system architecture
Carryout fluid flow and pressure drop analyses, and thermal modelling
Specify system components
Define instrumentation and control requirements for cryogenic operations
You’ll Need:
A strong knowledge of cryogenics and thermodynamics
Familiartiy with P&ID development
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in piping design and analysis
Nice to Have:
Experience in aerospace and/or launch vehicle operations
