Job Description

We're supporting a fantastic business in the professional services sector who are looking to hire a Senior Associate -Outsourcing for the accounting and tax advisor team to manage a varied client portfolio, deliver high-quality financial reporting, and support the development of junior team members. This role is based in Guildford, working on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities include:

Prepare and review statutory accounts (FRS 105, FRS 102, including consolidations)
Produce and review management accounts using tools such as Xero and Excel
Prepare/review VAT returns and support client queries
Assist with software implementation and process improvements
Train, supervise, and review junior team members' work
Support new business proposals and client onboarding About You:

ACA or ACCA qualified with relevant practice experience
Strong working knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Experience in outsourcing, PE/VC, or a top 100 firm (desirable)
