Are you an experienced Polisher or Rectification Technician ready to step into a modern, high-volume Bodyshop? This is your chance to join one of the UK's largest and fastest-growing automotive retailers as they expand their operations in Peterborough.
We're looking for a skilled professional who takes real pride in delivering a flawless finish, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a sharp eye for detail.
What You'll Be Doing:
Polishing freshly painted vehicles to a high standard
Identifying and removing defects such as paint runs, silicon contamination, and minor imperfections
Carrying out flatting and polishing using handheld tools with confidence and precision
Working collaboratively within a high-performing team in a state-of-the-art BodyshopWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a high-volume Bodyshop or refurbishment centre
Strong knowledge of rectification and polishing techniques, tools, and materials
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, consistent, and able to work efficiently under pressureWhat You'll Get:
Hourly rates: £14.34 (day shift) and £15.78 (back shift)
