Identify slippage, risks, and opportunities using data‑driven analysis; propose recovery options. Produce weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and packs for the Senior PM, PMO, and stakeholders (Excel/Power BI). PMO & Senior PM Support Provide planning insight, variance analysis, and delivery coordination to inform decision‑making. Supply structured schedule assurance inputs for governance and consolidated programme reviews.
