PA/ Sales & Production Administrator

The successful applicant will be responsible for all day-to-day administration duties, dealing with general enquiries and quotations through to international travel arrangements and maintenance of the website.

Administrator Responsibilities:
The role is extremely varied and will include:
Office management
Shipping orders and issuing quotes
Invoicing and chasing payments
Negotiation with suppliers
Assistance with exhibition planning
Updating and maintaining the website
Bookkeeping tasks
PA/ Sales & Production Administrator Experience
Our client is looking to recruit a multi-tasking, proactive, accurate and methodical individual. It is essential you have proven office-based experience, ideally within a multifaceted administration role.
It will be critical that you are an Advanced Microsoft Office user with knowledge of complex Excel functions, who is comfortable with database software and content management systems.
You will ideally be degree educated or equivalent, with those in the scientific or maths field being prioritised.
Location
This role is based close to Cowley in East Oxford. OX4.
There is limited parking available on a needs basis by negotiation and is easily accessed via public transport.
This is a full time contract - 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
This is an OFFICE BASED role and it will not be possible to work remotely.
