About the Role
We are recruiting for a professional and experienced Admin/PA to support an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and PA support to the Executive Assistant.
* Manage complex diaries using Microsoft Outlook.
* Coordinate meetings and appointments for senior executives.
* Act as the first point of contact for board members, clients, and high-level stakeholders (MDs, CEOs, etc.).
* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Requirements
* Well-presented, and highly professional.
* Confident and proactive with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong diary management experience using Outlook.
* Previous experience in PA or Executive Assistant roles is highly desirable.
