Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised PA to provide vital support in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying one step ahead, takes pride in making things run smoothly, and thrives on a variety of tasks—from behind-the-scenes coordination to front-of-house finesse. The successful candidate will have extensive administration experience.
* Raising purchase orders (POs)
* Booking flights and travel arrangements
* Ordering stationery and office supplies
* Organising lunches for meetings
* Hosting and meet-and-greet duties
* General Administration duties
The working hours for this role are 15 hours per week between Monday-Friday. This role is on site in Lancing. The hourly pay rate is between £13.50-£14.50 per hour depending on experience.
