Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected Local Authority, to recruit an experienced, high-level Personal Assistant (PA) for a 6 month fixed term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an outstanding organisation who are striving to make a real difference. The successful candidate will have prior PA experience and posses excellent diary management skills.
Key Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant (PA):
* Complex Diary Management, including last minute changes
* Briefing on details of upcoming engagements
* Managing high-level inboxes
* Liasing between multiple departments to schedule meetings
* General administration support
Candidate Requirements for the Personal Assistant (PA):
* Previous high-level PA experience is required
* Exceptional organisation skills
* Strong communication skills
* Discretion and ability to perform under pressure
What’s on Offer for the Personal Assistant (PA):
* Salary of £34-£37,000 depending on experience
* Hybrid working
* Full-time hours
