What You Will Do:
- Oversee all assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including financial tasks and invoicing, to ensure smooth project management.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as a liaison between all stakeholders.
- Create and manage micro critical paths to align with client launch schedules and project deadlines.
- Provide expert advice on artwork and pre-press processes, supporting internal teams with query resolution.
- Monitor and report on project risks, challenges, and workload activity projections to ensure seamless delivery.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in project management, with experience working across a range of packaging.
-Experience dealing with clients face to face and managing large accounts.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to adapt to bespoke software solutions.
- A proactive, professional, and composed attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and meet critical deadlines.

Location:
This role can based anywhere in the UK, but ability to travel to London at least once or twice a week.
