Barker Ross is looking for enthusiastic Re-Work Operatives / Packers to join our client's busy team in Desborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for stable, rewarding work in production and packaging. No prior experience is needed - full training will be provided!
Shift & Pay:
Monday to Friday, AM shift: 06:00 - 14:00
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Overtime: £19 per hour (after 37.5 hours)Your Role:
Carefully re-pack chocolates to ensure quality standards are met
Assist on the production line and support smooth operations
Stack pallets safely and efficiently
Label boxes accurately, including batch numbers and expiry dates
Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient working environmentKey Skills & Qualities:
Punctual and reliable
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Team player, able to work collaboratively
Safety-conscious around machinery and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
Willingness to learn - no experience requiredWhat You'll Get:
