Packing Operative
Location: New Mills SK22
Salary: £16.18 per hour (rising to £17.10 once fully trained)
Shift Pattern: Continental Shifts
*
12-hour shifts:
*
06:00 – 18:00 (Days)
*
18:00 – 06:00 (Nights)
*
Rotating pattern including days, nights, and rest days (continental shift schedule)
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Packing Operative to join our team in New Mills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering competitive pay and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
*
Ensuring products meet quality standards before dispatch
*
Labelling and preparing goods for shipment
*
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
*
Following health & safety procedures at all times

Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
What We’re Looking For:

Previous packing, warehouse, or production experience (preferred but not essential)
*
Good attention to detail
*
Strong work ethic and reliability
*
Ability to work continental shifts (12-hour days and nights)
*
Positive team player attitude
