Job Description
ctrg has a new and exciting role for you to become a Production Operative in Hengoed, CF82 7SS. You will be working in a team at world's largest producer of Celebrations products.
This role will involve picking / packing, monitoring the settings for the production, and keeping the line running. Although it would be beneficial, you don't need to have previous experience as we provide intensive training, you just need to be a dependable team player with a can do-attitude; be willing to learn and be flexible in your approach.
Pay rates as a full time Production Operative will be £12.88 per hour.
Typical working hours as full time Production Operative:
Continental 12-hour shift, rotation of both Day 07:00-19:00 and Night 19:00-07:00. The pattern repeats on a 3-week cycle.
What skills are we looking for?
Ability to work from instructions
Good time management skills
Ability to work well with the team
Ability to work in a fact pace environment (production line work)
Collaborates well with others
Work 12-hour shifts, mix of Day and Night shift
Support your team during busy periods, being flexible and adaptable when needed
Must be at least 18 years old due to night shift working
