As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will:
Support the House Manager in leading a team of nurses and care staff.
Ensure high-quality care delivery to children and young people.
Coordinate care and manage resources effectively.
Serve as a key contact for families and the multidisciplinary team.
Participate in clinical assessments and care planning.
Manage staff performance and development.
Oversee medication administration and clinical governance.
