📍 Location: London, Kent & Essex (Community-based role)
💰 Salary: Up to £50k

As their team expands, they’re looking for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join their mission and ensure clinical excellence across their services.
This is a brilliant opportunity for:
✅ A paediatric nurse with a strong clinical background in complex care
✅ Someone passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for children with high acuity needs
As Paediatric Clinical Lead, you’ll manage a clinical caseload and oversee care plans for clients with Spinal Cord Injury, Acquired Brain Injury, Neurodegenerative conditions, tracheostomies and ventilation. You’ll also provide leadership to community care workers and collaborate closely with families, MDTs, and commissioners.
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Registered Children’s Nurse (RCN)
🔹 Strong experience in complex paediatric care (home or hospital)
🔹 Confident working with tracheostomy and ventilated children
🔹 Excellent clinical assessment and case management skills
🔹 A natural leader with a collaborative, person-centred approachBefore You Apply
