Job Description
I am looking for a Paediatric Nurse to join the team in our complex care package in Norwich. This package is designed to address the complex medical and personal care needs of the child, providing a robust support system through both nursing and HCA assistance.
Please see below all details and skills required for the package:
Day shift
* Days: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
* Hours: 11 AM - 7 PM (8 hours each)
* Staffing: 1 Nurse & 1 HCA per shift
Night Shift:
* Day: Friday
* Hours: 7 PM - 7 AM (12 hours)
* Staffing: 1 Nurse per shift
Skills required:
* Nursing Care: Includes monitoring vital signs, recognizing deterioration, managing medications, and providing care for complex conditions such as cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
* Supportive Care: Oral suctioning, chest physiotherapy, stoma care, jejunostomy feeding, and home oxygen management.
* General Care: Assistance with daily activities and monitoring of health needs due to fluctuating health status.
