Lead a highly skilled residential nursing service where your decisions directly shape safer, more consistent care for children and young people. In this Paediatric Nurse Manager role, based in Surrey, you will provide clinical and operational leadership across multiple residential houses, ensuring care is planned, resourced and delivered to a high standard.
As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will work closely with Clinical Leads and Deputy House Managers to strengthen practice, develop the service, and support children to access education, therapy, clinics and leisure activities within their timetable.
Package & Benefits
Salary up to £68,623 per annum (dependent on experience and inclusive of outer London weighting).

Key Responsibilities
Lead assessment, care planning, delivery and evaluation across a minimum of three residential houses, working in partnership with families and the multidisciplinary team.
Ensure safe staffing, skill mix, recruitment and performance management to maintain high-quality care and a strong learning culture.
Oversee clinical governance, audit, incidents, and safe medicines management, maintaining compliance with relevant care and education frameworks.
Coordinate admissions and discharge planning with placement and operational colleagues, supporting an effective patient journey and length of stay.About You
Registered Nurse with experience leading paediatric nursing and care teams in complex care, neurodisability, rehabilitation or residential settings.
Experience caring for children with complex health needs, including tracheostomy and ventilatory care.
