Paediatric Occupational Therapist - Specialist Practitioner
Contract: Full time locum contract, 37.5 hours
Daily rate: £44.75p/h Umbrella
Location: Windsor and Maidenhead
Our private client are recruiting a locum Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join their team in Windsor and Maidenhead.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry a specialist caseload of children and young people with a variety of complex physical, learning and social needs and be responsible for writing reports for EHCP and MDT assessments/reviews.
Work in a range of settings as an autonomous practitioner, providing high quality paediatric occupational therapy to support children and young people with disabilities to achieve their potential.
Contribute to the supervision of students on clinical placement and support workers who are working with children and young people on your caseload.Requirements:
Degree or Diploma level qualification in Occupational Therapy.
Professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Working knowledge of child development, neuro-development and childhood occupations.
Knowledge/experience of physical and developmental disabilities and their impact on occupational performance.If you're interested, please send your CV .
