With award-winning strategists, a collaborative team culture, and a commitment to continuous development, they are seeking a Paid Media Lead to manage a talented PPC team and drive outstanding campaign results.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Digital and play a central role in campaign strategy, optimisation, and team leadership across key platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Leading and mentoring a team of junior Paid Media Strategists
✔ Overseeing campaign planning, delivery, and optimisation across Google, Meta, TikTok and more
✔ Troubleshooting performance issues and implementing smart, data-driven solutions
✔ Managing workflow and ensuring high standards across all client accounts
✔ Collaborating with Account Managers to align campaigns with broader business goals
✔ Providing expert insight, reporting, and strategic input for key clients
✔ Driving innovation in our Paid Media offering and staying ahead of industry trends
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
💡 Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing)
💡 Previous team leadership experience with a track record of mentoring junior staff
💡 Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, Microsoft Ads and ideally Amazon advertising
💡 Confident communicator with clients and colleagues alike
💡 Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to optimise performance
💡 Agency background preferred – juggling multiple clients is second nature to you
