Position: Paid Media Manager
Location: Nottingham (applicants considered within a 50 mile radius)
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 DOE
A high-growth, independent digital agency is looking for an ambitious Paid Media Manager to join their growing team. If you thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and love using data, creativity, and strategy to drive performance — this one’s for you.
What you'll be doing:
* Own and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and more
* Build strong relationships with clients, advising on strategy and reporting clearly on performance and ROI
* Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ads and landing pages that convert
* Monitor and optimise campaign performance — spotting opportunities, testing ideas, and improving results
* Stay on top of industry trends, platform changes, and new opportunities across social and digital media
What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (especially LinkedIn and Meta)
* Confident presenting to clients or internal stakeholders — clear, concise, and data-led
* Previous agency experience is a big plus
* Comfortable managing large budgets and multi-channel campaigns
* Ideally, experience across both B2B and B2C lead gen or ecommerce
* Bonus if you’ve worked with TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, or Programmatic
* Strong grasp of analytics and reporting — you're someone who digs into the data
* Sharp copywriting skills and a good creative eye
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
