Are you a Paid Social expert ready to take ownership and make an impact?
I am looking for a confident, proactive Paid Social Executive to join a growing Delivery Team with a global B2B media agency that specialises within Automotive, Financial and Tech markets.
In this role, you will lead paid social activity for mid-sized advertiser patches, managing campaigns end-to-end across LinkedIn, Meta, and other major social platforms. You will work alongside senior team members to shape strategy, test new approaches, and deliver tangible results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Own campaigns: manage setup, optimisation, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
Lead advertiser patches: ensure consistent performance, accuracy, and impact.
Collaborate with strategy teams: craft paid social recommendations and respond to briefs with smart, data-driven tactics.
Champion innovation: run tests, explore new platforms, and help evolve our paid social offering.
Support the team: mentor junior members and contribute to our culture of collaboration and excellence.
About You:
1+ years' hands-on B2B experience running paid social campaigns - LinkedIn expertise is essential.
A strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, testing, and performance analysis.
Strong communication skills - you can translate data into clear, actionable insights.
A problem-solver with attention to detail, especially around tracking and QA.
