Paid Social Executive wanted!
Location: Midlands based (once every two weeks spending time in Nottingham or Derby)

This isn’t a plug-and-play role — it’s a chance to help shape and steer bold, creative campaigns from the ground up. You’ll work alongside a talented team, directly with clients, and across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, delivering performance-led results with strategic flair.
What you’ll be doing:
Launching and managing paid social campaigns that drive meaningful engagement and ROI
Writing high-converting copy and collaborating on creative assets that stand out
Monitoring performance daily and making strategic, data-informed optimisations
Working closely with clients and internal teams to align on goals and report progress
Supporting broader amplification strategies that integrate organic and paid tactics
Testing emerging formats and staying ahead of evolving ad tech and tools
Reporting clearly and confidently, showcasing insights and next stepsWhat’s needed:
1+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager (and ideally TikTok or LinkedIn)
Solid grasp of creative testing, conversion tracking, and audience targeting
Proactive, results-driven mindset with a love for learning and experimentation
Analytical approach with the ability to turn numbers into clear actions
Strong communicator, comfortable collaborating directly with clients
Team player who’s excited to contribute across broader campaigns
Balance of creative thinking and performance marketing disciplineThis role would suit someone who:
Gets a buzz from high CTRs, low CPCs, and smashing ROAS targets
Is always curious about the next trend or tool before it hits mainstream
