📍 Hybrid model - 3 days a week in lovely Manchester-based offices
💰 Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

What you'll be doing:
Support the delivery of paid social strategies and campaigns from brief to execution
Work with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life across Meta and other platforms
Optimise campaign performance using data insights and analytics
Stay on top of industry trends and feed fresh thinking into the team
Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to meetings
We're looking for someone who:
Has hands-on experience running and optimising paid social campaigns (Meta is key!)
Is confident using key marketing tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
Enjoys working in a collaborative, agency-style environment
Brings a proactive, can-do attitude and loves seeing the impact of their work
