Paid Social Executive – Central London – £30,000 to £35,000
Are you looking to take the next step in your career and build on your paid social expertise? You’ll be working with a well-established business in the iGaming and online gambling sector, helping to deliver digital strategies that reach players across a competitive global market.
Benefits: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience, hybrid working (three days in the office, two from home), 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service), discretionary annual bonus, private healthcare, life insurance and pension scheme.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced environment where curiosity and initiative are encouraged. From planning and executing campaigns to analysing results, you’ll play an important role in shaping digital strategies that engage a broad B2C audience.
What you’ll be doing
You will plan, build and deliver paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, making sure activity is optimised to drive performance. You’ll keep a close eye on the customer journey and landing pages, making improvements where needed. Data and reporting will be a big part of your role, so you’ll be comfortable interpreting results, spotting opportunities, and presenting clear insights to the wider team. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with both internal colleagues and external partners to ensure campaigns hit the mark.
What you’ll bring
* At least two years of experience managing paid social campaigns
* Experience in iGaming is a must, along with an understanding of operators, compliance, and marketing T&Cs
* Knowledge of platforms such as Meta, X, TikTok and Snapchat
* Understanding of tracking, measurement and reporting tools, with confidence in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights clearly
* An analytical mindset combined with creativity and a willingness to test new strategies
* Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
