Job type: Temp to Perm
Rate: Up to £30,000.00 per annum
Overtime at 1.5, Double time on a Sunday
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 (Flexible working hours)
As a Paint Finisher, you will be responsible for delivering flawless paint finishes on components, ensuring the highest details and standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities for this Paint Finisher role:
Perform precise detailing, touch-ups, and quality inspections throughout the painting process.
Interpret and work from technical drawings, job cards, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain meticulous documentation of work performed and materials used.
Skills required for the Paint Finisher:
Proven experience as a paint finisher or spray painter, ideally in the aviation or aerospace sector.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of precision.
Strong understanding of surface preparation, masking techniques, and paint application.
