Prep Painter
Location: Andover
Salary: Basic from £40,000 + Bonus (OTE up to £70,000 depending on skill level)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (½ hour unpaid lunch break)
Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays, Christmas-New Year closure
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Prep Painter to join a reputable and busy bodyshop based in Andover. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for vehicle refinishing, and want to work in a professional and rewarding environment this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out preparation work including sanding, masking, priming and filler work
Prepping vehicles for paint in line with high-quality standards
Ensuring correct use of materials and tools
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting the paint process to deliver vehicles on time and to standard
What You'll Need
Previous experience in vehicle preparation/paintwork
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team
Experience in a bodyshop environment
Full UK Driving Licence
