Role: Paint Shop Operative
Location: Barnstaple
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Pay Rate: £15.00 - £15.40
Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a Paint Shop Operative to join a busy team based in Barnstaple on a temporary basis. This position preferably requires someone with experience of working in a Paint Shop.
Job duties can include:
Fettling using hand grinders.
Sanding using orbital sanders.
Fine filing.
Basic spraying of assemblies.
Operating spray guns to apply paint evenly and efficiently.
Preparing paints.Person Specification:
Attention to detail.
Ability to work well within a team or independently.
Understanding of surface preparation techniques for optimal paint adhesion.
Knowledge of mixing paints and other materials according to specifications.
