Paint Shop Cell Leader - Permanent Role
Location: Farnborough, GU14
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: £16.50 - £22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Type: Full-time, permanent
Start: ASAP | On-site
Are you an experienced leader with a background in paint shop operations? This is an excellent opportunity to manage a busy paint shop team, driving workflow, performance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing daily workflow and production schedules
Leading and developing a team through performance management and training
Ensuring quality standards and health & safety compliance
Driving improvements in wet and powder coating processes
What We're Looking For:
5+ years' experience in paint shop operations
Proven team leadership skills
Strong organisational and communication abilities
Proactive and process-driven mindset
