Paint Sprayer – Bodyshop
Gloucester
Up to £50,000 earning potential with overtime
Full Time | Permanent | Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy and reputable Bodyshop in Gloucester, seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their skilled team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual looking for stability, strong earning potential, and a professional workshop environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Carry out high-quality paintwork within a fast-paced Bodyshop
* Repair and refinish insurance-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and customer standards
* Perform thorough quality checks to ensure flawless results with no defects
* Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and priming
* Mix and match paint accurately to achieve a perfect finish
* Work efficiently to ensure repair deadlines and customer expectations are met
Your Background & Skills
* ATA accreditation is desirable, but not essential
* Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role
* Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer is required
* Strong background within a Bodyshop environment
* Ability to work efficiently as part of a busy, high-performing team
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* A motivated, professional, and quality-driven work ethic
