kolt recruitment are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join a busy accident repair centre in Croydon. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes and working efficiently within a fast-paced bodyshop.
Key Responsibilities

  * Preparing vehicles and panels to a high standard

  * Mixing paints and colour matching accurately

  * Spraying vehicles to manufacturer and insurance guidelines

  * Polishing, finishing and detailing to complete repairs

  * Working closely with the workshop team to maintain smooth workflow

Requirements

  * Proven experience as an automotive paint sprayer

  * Strong prepping, painting and finishing skills

  * Ability to work efficiently under pressure

  * High attention to detail and consistent workmanship

  * Full UK driving licence preferred
