Job Description
kolt recruitment are looking for a paint sprayer to join a busy accident repair centre based in high wycombe. this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paint sprayer to join a well-established bodyshop, working in a fast-paced environment on a variety of vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish on all repairs.
key responsibilities:
* prepare vehicles for paint including masking, sanding and priming
* mix and apply paints to manufacturer specifications
* carry out colour matching to ensure a seamless finish
* spray vehicles to a high standard, ensuring a flawless finish
* inspect completed work and carry out any necessary rectification
* maintain spray booths and equipment to required standards
requirements:
* previous experience as a paint sprayer within an accident repair centre
* strong knowledge of paint systems and application techniques
* excellent attention to detail and quality control
* ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* full uk driving licence preferred
