Key Responsibilities Prepare aircraft components for painting including cleaning, degreasing, sanding, filling, and surface correction. Work closely with engineering, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure correct interpretation of work instructions. Maintain paint shop equipment, tools, and spraying systems in good working condition. Key Requirements Experience in industrial or aerospace painting, preferably within MRO or aircraft manufacturing environments. Ability to follow technical drawings, work instructions, and OEM specifications accurately. Knowledge of masking techniques for complex assemblies and tight tolerance components. Awareness of aviation safety standards, FOD control, and hazardous material handling. Good attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality cosmetic and protective finishes. Ability to work in controlled environments such as paint booths or hangar facilities. Desirable Skills Experience working on aircraft structures or composite components. Familiarity with aerospace quality systems (e.g., AS9100 environments). Knowledge of corrosion prevention and surface treatment processes. Spray painting certification or vocational training in coatings/finishing
