Job Description

Our client, a leading Accident Repair Centre in Ilkeston, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer for a twilight shift role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician to join a modern, high-volume workshop. Duties of a Paint Sprayer:
  * Prepare vehicles for painting and refinishing, ensuring quality standards are maintained
  * Mix and apply paint using advanced refinishing techniques
  * Conduct colour matching and blending to manufacturer specifications
  * Complete repairs efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards
  * Perform final quality inspections prior to vehicle handover
  * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  * Work collaboratively with the Panel and MET teams to ensure efficient repairs
Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:
  * Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer is essential
  * Qualified to NVQ, IMI, ATA, or an equivalent qualification (preferred)
  * Strong colour matching and refinishing skills
  * Ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume environment
  * High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  * Full UK Driving Licence is required
