We are currently seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join a reputable fleet bodyshop located in Bromley. This position is ideal for skilled Paint Sprayers looking to develop their career within a busy, professional environment dedicated to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties:
  * Preparing vehicles for painting, including filler work and other prep activities

  * Working efficiently to adhere to deadlines and production targets
  * Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
  * Assisting with additional tasks such as stripping, fitting, or panel work when required
Requirements for the Paint Sprayer / Prepper position:
  * Proven experience as a Bodyshop Prepper / Painter, or similar role
  * Skilled in filler work and paint application processes
  * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
  * Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  * Self-motivated with flexible approach to working hours
  * Previous experience within fleet repair environments is highly desirable
