We are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a state-of-the-art bodyshop in Kidderminster. This is a valuable opportunity for a skilled vehicle painter looking to work within a professional and well-equipped workshop environment. Our client is offering a competitive salary, negotiable for the right Paint Sprayer, along with excellent working conditions and long-term stability.
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate (£15-£19 per hour DOE)
Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm working hours

Preparing vehicles to a high standard for painting
Carrying out professional vehicle painting and refinishing
Completing prep and paint work to exceptional quality
Applying paint using spray equipment as a Paint Sprayer to achieve a flawless finish
Ensuring a high-quality finish on every vehicle as a Paint Sprayer
Collaborating effectively with the wider bodyshop team
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentRequirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paint Sprayer
ATA/IMI Paint Qualification essential
Strong experience across prep and spray painting processes
Excellent attention to detail
Pride in delivering high-quality work
