Job Description
GMP Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client in Pershore who are hugely successful within the automation industry. Due to continual growth and expansion, they are currently recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Job Title: Paint Sprayer
Location: Pershore, Worcestershire
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: £13.00 to £14.50 DOE
About You:
* Proven experience in industrial or automotive paint spraying
* Confident using various spray-painting techniques (e.g., airless, HVLP)
* Skilled in prepping surfaces, masking, priming, and applying finishing coats
* Able to work accurately to specifications and quality standards
* Knowledge of health & safety practices related to paint spraying
* Able to maintain a clean and safe spray booth and work area
* Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
